1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VPride website, booking an appointment, or receiving any treatment at our clinic, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have received consent from a parent or legal guardian
• You have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them
• You have read our Privacy Policy and consent to our data practices as described therein
• All information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VPride Hair & Skin Clinics.

2Our Services

VPride Hair & Skin Clinics provides aesthetic and cosmetic treatments including but not limited to hair restoration, skin rejuvenation, slimming, anti-aging, and laser hair reduction services.

• All treatments are performed by qualified and trained professionals
• Treatment availability is subject to clinical suitability as determined by our specialists during consultation
• We reserve the right to decline, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion, including if a treatment is not deemed medically appropriate for a client
• Results from treatments vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
• Package inclusions and pricing are subject to change. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

The information provided on our website about treatments is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult our specialists before commencing any treatment.

3Appointments & Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be booked via our website consultation form, by phone, or in person. Bookings are confirmed only upon acknowledgement from our team.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

• We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of a consultation deposit where applicable
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment issues, staff unavailability). We will notify you promptly and offer an alternative slot.
• Repeated no-shows may result in requiring a non-refundable deposit for future bookings

Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, at our discretion.

4Payments & Refunds

Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless a package or advance payment has been arranged. We accept cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards.

Packages & Pre-Paid Sessions:

• Pre-paid treatment packages are non-transferable to other individuals
• Package sessions must be utilised within the agreed validity period. Expired sessions will not be carried forward or refunded.
• If you are unable to complete a package for medical reasons certified by a doctor, we will assess refund eligibility for unused sessions on a case-by-case basis

Refund Policy:

• Completed treatments are non-refundable
• Refund requests for unused portions of packages must be submitted in writing within 30 days
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method
• Consultation fees, if charged, are non-refundable

5Medical Disclaimer

The content on our website, including treatment descriptions, FAQs, and blog articles, is intended for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by our team
• Inform us immediately of any adverse reactions, side effects, or concerns following a treatment
• Treat our staff and other clients with respect at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate manner.
• Not record any consultations, treatments, or staff interactions without prior written consent
• Not share or distribute any proprietary materials, pricing information, or treatment protocols obtained from VPride

7Intellectual Property

All content on the VPride website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, treatment descriptions, and branding — is the exclusive property of VPride Hair & Skin Clinics and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission
• You may share links to our website on social media for non-commercial purposes
• Unauthorised use of our trademarks, logo, or brand name is strictly prohibited

• You confirm that any photograph you submit is of yourself and you consent to its use by VPride
• We reserve the right to edit reviews for length or clarity, but will not misrepresent your experience
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that is false, defamatory, or in violation of these Terms

11Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically applicable to the State of Andhra Pradesh.

• Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India
• Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indian consumer protection law
